Can she put it in herself, or do I have to do it for her?

She can, in most cases. UraGuard® is a single shield with an adhesive strip on the back — she peels, places, and presses, the same motion as a liner. For someone managing her own briefs today, this changes nothing about her routine and nobody else has to be involved. If you're already helping with changes, it adds about ten seconds.

Does it reduce the absorbency of her brief?

No. UraGuard® is a thin barrier shield — not an additional absorbency layer. Moisture passes through into her incontinence product as normal. The difference is that there is now a physical barrier between that product and her skin, reducing bacterial contact at the urethral area.

Will it shift or bunch during the day?

How often should I replace it?

Will she notice it, or pull at it?
